Fascino della struttura, posizione rialzata panoramica, bel giardino con posti a sedere esterni (non molto all’ombra ma ben curato), vicinanza al parco della Maremma, camera abbastanza fresca anche senza accendere il climatizzatore con 36 gradi esterni. Parcheggio privato con accesso con telecomando, molto bene! (Il paesino di Albarese in questi giorni 9-12 agosto 2025) è super gettonato😅)

the guy who was taking care of the apartments was simply adorable, extremely nice and polite. we called him for help even night time and he rushed to our place always willing to support and he solved all hiccups in a very efficient manner. extremely patient and understanding person too
the building and the location are simply amazing, but the inside apartments need a little bit of renovation, bathroom first of all. also kitchen was not very much equipped, but the guy provided us with anything we requested him

The location offers a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside and the small village of Alberese. While the structure itself shows signs of age (originally built in the 15th century) our apartment was spacious, bright, warm and comfortable.
Daniele in the reception building was extremely courteous and willing to help out with any info or issues.
We are looking forward to returning sometime soon.

Friendly host, nice location nearby natural park and several beaches. The room was clean. Very nice historic building seen from the outside. Amazing restaurant just down hill “Altro”, very tasty very good pricing. There was an annual food festival, we had a lot of fun. Garden is beautiful.
Reception 1,2 Km away. No introduction to the historic building. We just slept on the side in the “stables”. We couldn’t enter the main doors so it was no use booking in this facility. Very basic room with no decoration or trying to have any ambiance. Two very big spaces with almost no furniture. There is enough to do around so i think ok for sleeping, but the beds were super hard. The AC made a rambling noise and was in the hallway, so not in the bedroom which made it a bit useless. Last day 09:30 cleaning was already knocking to get us to leave. There was NO BREAKFAST! Not even a place to take away coffee or water. Host said because COVID regulations but all other hotels serve breakfast and I read in previous comments that they did serve it during the Covid period. Think all together this made the stay over-priced. Would just recommend to walk up and see the building and the garden (take your own drinks up because they don’t offer nothing en stay somwhere nicer and more comfortable for a more reasonable price.
