About this villa rental
An elegant, designer decorated, stone-built home, set in a historical, rural suburb just 4km away from the center of Chania city and within a very short drive (5min) from beaches, sights, etc
The house is fully equipped with all modern amenities, it is spacious and comfortable, surrounded by flowers, mandarin and lemon tree gardens, offering shaded pergolas with outdoor furniture, a big BBQ with wood oven, private parking, free wi-fi, etc
The house has 2 Bedrooms, and it can accommodate 4 persons plus a baby (babycot available).
There is a queen bed in the first bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, which can be united to accommodate 2 couples.
In the house, there is a large living room with a fireplace, big flat screen HDTV and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, utensils, etc and a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, cloth washer, etc
There is air conditioning throughout.
Please note that in the same land plot there is an extra guest room, garden studio, that can accommodate 2 more guests. The studio is rented separately, but please note that each property has its own part, of ample outdoors space and enough privacy. If total privacy is desired, guest are welcome to request reservation of the whole property.

Beautiful house just minutes from Chania Centre. As soon as we got there, our host Mr. Gianni was waiting for us to show us the house and to answer all of our questions.
The house was very clean and very well taken care of. Nothing was missing from the house. Anything you need, the house had it! Mr. Gianni even left a bottle of wine for us and Cretan traditional Raki!
This house is really recommended!! Great house! Great host! Great time!!!

Everything was perfect for our family..
Ioannis was waiting at the house and showed us where everything was and said he was available anytime we needed him.
Even offered to drive our sister back to Chania airport as they had a different check in time.
Loved having breakfast outside every morning on the covered terrace.
Definitely need a car as a little out of the town we liked that as it was so quiet in the evenings.
All in all we would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had a lovely time in Chania! The house is beautiful and cozy and we enjoyed every moment. The hosts were very hospitable and gave us sugestions about places to visit, restaurants, etcThe area is quiet and very convenient to explore Chania.Overall a very pleasant stay!
