Very good central location, friendly staff. Big terrace and comfortable bed.
There were bugs (like ants) walking on the floor. The wifi connection was really poor, I couldn’t load a google search. For 2 of the nights there were no hot water.

Close to the waterfront, and restaurants -this place is 4 older adults. The town is geared to young adults looking to let off steam so be prepared for some noise. The host was very nice but the room needed basics that I had to chase her for - extra towels, paper, etc.
