Close to train station and bus station. The hotel has its own restaurant (dinner not served on Sundays). Friendly and helpful staff who also advised on other restaurants in town that were open on Sundays. There is a separate area designated as breakfast room that features a decent breakfast spread and choice including cold hard-boiled eggs as well as cereals (without labels) and a good array of bread and pastries. Be careful in using the coffee machine as the milk sometimes spurts towards the user (eg café au lait)! We would stay here again if visiting Le Havre and needing to be near the station, even if the town centre is a 15-20 minute walk away.

Despite the appellation and the fine photos, this feels like a "boutique" hotel only in the sense that it may be independent, family-run and personal service is given. Bedroom was small, nowhere to place suitcase except on the floor which took up valuable floor space. Useful hanging space for shirts, but nowhere for anything else which thus had to stay in the suitcase. Bathroom shower soaked the bath mat as the cubicle was only partially enclosed. Unclear whether servicing of the rooms takes place every day. On a Sunday I had to ask for it when I returned to the hotel in the later afternoon, and the bare minimum was then carried out - a dry bath mat was provided, the prominently soiled towel was not changed and the bed was left unmade!

The hotel is very close to the train station which makes it super convenient when you arrive by train or want to rent a car -Avis is a great option at the gare.getting to city center is easy by bus or tram. I stayed the first abc last night at Normandy here and the 1st night room was much better (202) than the last night (205). 202 was a corner room with lots of space whereas 205 was much smaller and didn’t have even the water glasses. Beds, however, were equally comfy. The breakfast included is quite good, so I would recommend taking it as there are not many options around where to have one. Really great value for money and convenient for Normandy visit start and end.

Location. Breakfast was basic, but okay (although egg cooker didn't always work). Food was always replenished. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are tiny (hence boutique) and very basic. There weren't enough clothes hangers provided. Also in bathroom there is nothing to hang towels or clothes on. One type of uni-soap for everything in bathroom. The sink in the bathroom is very small. Nowhere to put the toiletries. Shower has no door (only partly covered) so everything gets soaked. Only French TV channels available. It was always freezing cold in the breakfast area (was visiting in mid-March). I was on the top floor, so the noise didn't bother me much, plus tram was not working (because the demonstrators burned it down). Someone was smoking in one of the rooms and they stunk up the whole upper floor.
