Welcome to Dolce Vita Villa, located on a hillside of the picturesque village of Prines, featuring three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a truly amazing pool terrace and stunning sea and sunset views over the olive groves!
The villa blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape and offers gorgeous vistas of the immense light blue Cretan sea and the mountains, while the elegant, country chic decoration promises days and nights of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Everything you will possibly need is within walking distance (500meters)....traditional tavernas, coffee shops and a super market can be found inside the village. To make things better, Kamari Beach is only a few minutes driving away (3 km), while the lively town and sandy beach of Rethymno, where you can find water sports and a wide selection of restaurants, shops and cafes are just 7 km away.

The 420 m2 outdoor space of Dolce Vita Villa provides everything you need for a memorable family holiday, including a 25m2 private swimming pool (1.50 m deep) in a beautiful terrace, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, where you’ll love spending your time, just enjoying the sun and the summer breeze! Furthermore, an outdoor shaded sitting area and a garden swing are available, where you can treat yourself to nice glass of wine or just read your favorite books, while the kids play in the lawn covered area! Additionally, you can prepare a homemade meal in the BBQ facilities and enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor dining area! Spend some quality time with your loved ones and make the most out of your stay!
Indoors
Dolce Vita Villa covers 200 m2 and spreads in two storeys, accommodating up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families and groups of friends who seek relaxation and memorable family moments. The house is wonderfully and discreetly decorated, yet very practical, covering all basic needs.
Ground floor
The ground floor open plan design creates a cozy atmosphere and relaxing environment. The cozy living room features a wide screen TV, open fireplace and comfortable sitting area, as well as an inviting indoor dining table for 6. Doors from the living room open up to the lawn covered part of the terrace, leading to the pool. On your left, the fully equipped kitchen offers all essentials for a self-catered holiday. Finally, one twin bedroom and a bathroom and separate WC - shower are located on the ground floor.
First floor
The stairs lead to the first floor, where the two remaining double bedrooms can be found. Both bedrooms open up to large verandas with breathtaking views and their own outside sitting area, equipped with patio furniture. One of the bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom, while one more bathroom is also available on this level.

The bill was a little difficult to find at first but when we did we weren’t disappointed. There was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us and it was spotlessly clean. With the weather being so warm the pool was great to just dip in and cool down. Getting about was adit of a challenge at first but after a day we were visiting the local shops and Rethymon. You need a car to get about so factor this into your holiday budget. The owner must use the villa in the winter months as there were a lot of their clothes still in some of the wardrobes which was a little strange. Overall a lovely villa in a nice spot with some lovely views. Would we stay there again, yes we would great value for money and quite close to local immensities.

We really enjoyed our vacation in this house. We stayed there for almost 2 weeks. We especially liked the big pool and my son even learned swimming there. The house is big and has everything you could ever need. Beautiful beaches are close by and there are some good tavernas in walking distance. The only thing my son was disappointed about was that the playground next to the house was not as shown in the photos. But we went to a public playground instead that was also within wLjing distance. The welcome and check-in went very smooth and we even got some great dishes from the owner. We can definetely recommend this house and would love to come back.

I had a lovely holiday with my Son And Grand-daughters staying at the Villa Dolce Vita in Prinos Village. Everyone very friendly and helpful. On our visit to Chania old town (which shouldnt be missed) we had the Mother of all Thunder Storms which followed us back to Rethymno in the evening where we watched the fork lightening in candle light from the villa.(Take a torch in case mobile phone needs charging) Dont worry folks it was unusual weather.We all agreed an experience that added to our lovely stay at the Villa Dolce. Thank you to everyone and to Evmorfia who looked after us during our stay.Not to be missed Rethymno Old Town, Panormos, Margarites Village. Information from Evmorfia.
