70 m2. More information by the provider: Apartment with 4 rooms (70sqm) on 3 floors (ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor) of a semi-detached chalet. Central location in the village centre of Zweisimmen. 2 minutes walking distance from the train station, the Rinderberg cable car and the shops. Ideal starting point for hiking. A furnished balcony as well as 1-2 uncovered parking spaces are available.
Ground floor: Entrance, wardrobe and 1 bathroom, shower and toilet. 1st floor: Living room with dining table, corner seat, 3 chairs and TV. Separate in 2020 renovated kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with deep-freeze compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Krups) as well as a fondue-raclette-set), seats for 2 persons. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x190cm). 2 bedrooms with each 2 bunk beds (90x190cm). 1 separate very small toilet (sloping ceiling, height 140-180cm). WiFi.
INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1-2 uncovered parking spaces, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax. De ligging van dit appartement is heerlijk, midden in het centrum dicht bij het station en de piste. De keuken was tot ons genoegen recent vernieuwd, dit mag best op de website aangepast worden want het is een heerlijke keuken. Verder is het een oud appartement. Een fijne bank in de woonkamer waar je na het skiën op kunt chillen zou heel fijn zijn, want momenteel is er een grote eettafel en een kleine ongemakkelijke bank. Ander minpunt is dat de bedden niet opgemaakt waren bij aankomst!
