About this apartment rental
The house is very bright, full of windows with double exposure, quiet, pedestrian area.
close to the Parco Sempione, green area in the heart of the city.
next to the triennale museum and the Castello Sforzesco.
The house is accessed via a long private balcony with blooming wisteria, jasmine, roses, calla lilies.
The palace has a courtyard garden typical of old Milan almost impossible to find today.
The house is on two floors, 220 mq2.
On the top floor (third floor) 2 double bedrooms and bathroom.
On the lower floor (second floor), large living room, kitchen, dining room
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

€400 to be paid upon arrival, as a damage deposit which is returned upon departure
- subtracting heating consumption in winter.
- independent heating cost paid by the tenant, with consumption/meter reading
- air conditioning in the rooms on the upper floor of the house, ceiling fan in the living room, fans in the two single bedrooms.
- In the same building there is also an annex suitable for three people. on request if useful.

This apartment is gorgeous and very well appointed. You can tell the owner has a art or desidesign background.
We loved being in Chinatown rather than in a tourist zone.

While our flight was diverted and we arrived the morning after check-in on a one day rental, the owner was very accommodating in extending checkout for us until the afternoon. I passed on information for my sister to check-in as their flight arrived on schedule. There was some communication issues, however the owner met them at the door to ahow them in after waiting for about 20-30 minutes. This place is very unique and has so many interesting items. If you are looking for a local atyle accommodation that is truly unique I would recommend this spot in Milan.

The apartment is a two-story art studio, clearly much-loved by the owner over many decades.
It's not common to find a 4-bedroom place in Milan, so we chose this unsure about the area, but that turned out to be the best surprise of them all.
The apartment is within Milan's Chinatown district, which was really buzzing without being too loud or annoying. We were also really close to the "Arco della pace", which is beautiful and has lots of restaurants, so we could walk there and onto the Duomo within 25 minutes.
Just ONE thing - make sure you agree to include the cost of gas in your rental. Aside from that, it was absolutely perfect and the host was really wonderful.
