About this house rental
The villa is located in the urbanization of Cullera Faro del Mediterraneo. Where you can reach the beaches of Olives, Cap Blanc. and covered with great distinction by visitors for its fine sand and clear water with easy access to them without being collapsed in summer.
The house has several floors with a total of 270m2 of living space and terraces.
The street level where is the entrance door and the garage with room for two cars: is distributed in.
The middle floor has three bedrooms, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a master suite with dressing room and bathroom. All rooms are furnished and fully equipped with bedding, bathroom and air conditioning.
The ground floor kitchen, bathroom, dining room and a large terrace with private pool and an excellent infinty pool stands frontal sea and Cullera Bay

First off beautiful Villa with breathtaking views. The infinity pool is a heavy place to relax and cool off. The walk into town and the beach is about 5-10 mins but the walk back a tad longer as it’s up hill for those beautiful vistas.Cullera is straightforward drive from Alicante airport (about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs time of day dependant) and an easy 45 mins into Valencia which is a beautiful city and the BIOPARC amazing. The areas is warm with a slight but wonderful breeze and has places to eat, including a wonderful restaurant 180 degrees a 2 min walk from Villa. Lots of space to eat, relax including a lovely sunterrace. The only word of caution the pool is for relaxing only it’s not for gaming around in and if you have teenagers you need to know this. But close by if they like basket ball or football there is an open multi sport court off the beach where the boys chilled ever evening playing with a range of children and families. If you like chilling by the pool all day bathed in sunshine this is the Villa for you. It is spectacular for this. The host and his son are absolutely fantastic and a great help.

Lovely property with everything you need and the bonus ….stunningly hypnotic views. Johnny and his wife were perfect hosts accommodating our unforeseen late arrival on the first day and dropping over a parasol for use on the beach. There was a water park a short drive away which the kids loved and the whole family enjoyed the amazing aquarium in Valencia. We opted to travel in by train - car park at the local station was free and the train fares so much cheaper than in the UK!! A lovely holiday all round just wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic time in Johnny’s apartment. He came to greet us when we arrived and explained everything we needed for the apartment and our week long stay in Cullera. The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. It has 3 levels that are easy to navigate. The views from every room in the apartment are of the Mediterranean Sea. Million dollar views even as you wash dishes!! My Wife, my 2 teenage Daughters and our 9 year old Son loved everything about Cullera. The pirate museum, the beaches, the small parks for kids, the botanical gardens. They enjoyed jet skiing and exploring new places to eat. We went twice to Valencia for shopping and to the aquarium. The apartment sits on a cliff overlooking the sea and you can hear the waves crashing below on the beach. It has its own private infinity pool which our children enjoyed and private garage for your vehicle. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some quality family time. The local people of Cullera are just down to earth folks that were always nice to our Kids. Totally enjoyed our stay in Cullera, Spain’s best kept secret. Cela fait la 2ème année consécutive que nous louons cette villa au mois d'aout.
L'année dernière, nous avons rencontré des difficultés journalières avec l'entretien de la piscine, que nous avons du assurer seul.
Nous avons réservé la même villa car le propriétaire nous a certifié que les problèmes liés à la piscine étaient réglés.
Malheureusement, à la fin de la première semaine, le propriétaire est venu vider la piscine, car elle présentait des fissures et que le voisin du dessous avait un dégat des eaux.
Nous avons été obligés de trouver en 2 heures une autre location, car il n'était plus question de passer la deuxième semaine sans piscine, ce que le propriétaire avait du mal à comprendre.
Nous ne nous risquerons plus à réserver cette villa.
Vraiment déçus.
