Everything and every corner of this place was beautiful. I REALLY ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE. The view, the room, the bathroom, the commom area,the breakfast, and the staff (including the cats) were delightful. You can see they really made an effort to give us not just a place to sleep, but give us an experience. They also offered us a tour and tasting in their balsamic vinegar factory, which made our trip so much richer. I definitely would recommend to everyone to go there if you have a chance.
The only drawback I can think of is the soundproofing — you can hear everything from the room next door. Still, it wasn’t a deal-breaker for me.

It was a nice property in picturesque part of Italy, close to Modena
The room was on the second floor and quite dark.

nice location and oustanding restaurant, very nice hosts !
little information about the facilities and some lightbulbs were broken but we replaced them. And the cats in the building and restaurant are annoying. During dinner one of the cats jumped on our neighbours table to beg for food 😳

The property was in a beautiful location and we enjoyed the opportunity to experience the Balsamic vinegar house, cooking class and a local vineyard for a wine tasting.
The location was also useful for trips to the local Ferrari and Lamborghini museums, as well as dat trips to Bologna, Parma and Florence.
However, the highlight was the excellent hosting by Claudio and Annalisa. They were excellent hosts, always extremely helpful.
There was nothing that stood out as a dislike.
