About this cottage rental
Built in 2013, this 53m² masset, adjoining the villa, is located on a 4,000 m² plot completely fenced, with a heated swimming pool of 14.5 mx 6.5 m.
It is composed :
- an entrance hall (private entrance)
- a living room with fully equipped American kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, hood, multifunction microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, plancha, various service dishes, tablecloth, table mats , etc ...) a round table, 4 chairs
still in the living room, a sofa, coffee table, 82 cm television, mini hi-fi system.
WIFI internet available.
From the living room, through the French window, you access a private, fenced terrace with a view of the swimming pool, the other 2 windows in the living room overlook the bowling green and the orchard.
- A large bedroom with either a double bed of 1.80 m by 2 m, or 2 separate beds of 0. 90 m by 2 m.
it is equipped with a wardrobe with drawers, a chest of drawers.
The bedroom door window overlooks the orchard.
- from the bedroom you access the bathroom with a walk-in shower measuring 90 x 90 cm, a washbasin on a cabinet, and a suspended W. C, towel radiator.
Hair dryer.
All in a Provencal style.
You can therefore enjoy the bowling green as well as the swimming pool.
We have 2 adorable Golden Retriever, Icarus 2 years old and Windy 2 and a half years old, very sociable and very affectionate.

Très jolie location, bien meublée, belle vaisselle, excellente literie, grande propreté. Grand parc fleuri, très bien entretenu. Magnifique piscine. Hôte sympathique, d'une grande gentillesse, à la fois vigilante et discrète. Séjour reposant, parfait, pour un couple d'un "certain âge"!

Dans l'annonce il y avait précisé que nous partagerions la piscine avec le chien des propriétaires nous étions d'accord, mais pas qu'il y aurait toutes la famille nièce, neveu, fille, c'était un peu gênant nous pensions que la piscine n'était que pour nous et nous étions un peu trop collé aux propriétaires, nous ne sentions pas libre, dommage car la propriétaire était charmante.
