Excellent location off the motorway. Plenty places to eat around.

The bed was good and the hotel was very well situated on our trip to the North. Good parking and it was nice to have restaurants just a minute away. We had breakfast in the cafeteria next door
The receptionist wasn't very friendly.
In the room the air filters in the toilet and shower we're very dirty.

Very confusing location - there are 3 B&B hotels on the same complex & not much to tell the difference between them.
