About this villa rental
This two story villa is located in a little street at less than 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone of Positano.
It features three double bedrooms, two baths, a large living room, kitchen and several terraces with amazing sea view.
The villa has vaulted ceilings and tile floors; part of furnishing is antique. Through the entrance you step on a large panoramic terrace, part of which, shaded by a pergola, is suitable for dining with a wood table for 6/10 people. Three large rooms have direct access to the terrace through glass doors and wood shutters: a double room, a living room with satellite TV and fireplace, a dining room for 6/8 people; from the terrace through a glace door you enter a large kitchen fully equipped, with dishwasher.
From double room you enter the bathroom and the dressing room. The dining room has a direct access to the kitchen; from the kitchen, through a glace door, you enter a panoramic side terrace bordering the green field cultivated with seasonal vegetables; the terrace is suitable for dining with a wooden table for 6/8 people.
An internal stair leads you from the dining room to the second floor. The second floor contains two large double rooms, with thick curtains, high capacity wardrobes, antique furniture, pictures and mirrors, as well as a big bathroom with shower.
Each double room has a direct access to a panoramic balcony above the large terrace below.
The villa is in a little pedestrian street with a stone stair (typical of Positano); there are 85 steps to climb up from the street level.
You won't need a car to stay here, but there're three parkings 5 minutes of walk to the villa.
At your arrival you'll be requested to pay 500 Euro for refundable deposit that will be returned at your departure
