It has been such a great experience in città bianca resort.
The staff was very kind to us, showing alternative rooms and giving extra options for our stay.
We felt very welcome with the amazing resort atmosphere.
The morning breakfast was complete (also gluten free), and the neighborhood was really cute and loving (a group of beautiful kittens)
The room could have an appropriate radiator system, for the autumn and winter periods.
The air conditioner would not be enough sometimes.

Nice and welcoming staff and the outside area of the hotel is nice with the pool. Close to Ostuni.
Breakfast is the minimal italian standard.
We had a room next to the lobby and could hear every sound and person that walked by because of the old wooden door that every room has. The hotel is a bit outdated, the bath edges are dark and should be replaced foe hygienic reasons.
