Le Relais badge usually provides good quality designed for the, almost extinct., commercial traveller. Near busy trunk roads but all rooms seem to face the back and beautiful grounds with the Loire beyond the trees. Very quiet at night.
Excellent restaurant for guests with reasonable prices.
Breakfast was a little sparse but we found enough good things to eat.

The hotel is easy to find, close to Sancerre and Pouilly. There is ample free parking available. The staff are welcoming and speak good English. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant serves very good food and is reasonably priced.
