About this farm stay rental
Group of four houses between farmhouses and former haylofts nicely renovated in 2004 and are situated in the hills around Lucca at about 250 meters above sea level. Extensive views over the valley of Lucca and the countryside with olive trees and small woods, excellent quietness. The property is surrounded by olive groves, equipped areas for guests for outdoor dining with barbecue and a swimming pool (10m. X 5m. Prof. 150cm.). Wi-Fi free. Private parking in the property. On payment: possibility of taxi service, sale of typical products, linen change, restaurant service (to be requested at when booking). The property is located 7km away. from the town of "Ponte a Moriano", at 11km. from Lucca.

On the ground floor: arbor; entrance; living / dining room with TV; kitchen with four burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher; 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower (toilet / bidet);
On the first floor with access via wooden stairs: 1 bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom with shower (toilet / bidet).
Comfortable furnishings. In the basement: laundry in common with "Dante 2" with external access.
The following might be to be paid extra: Extra Bed, Final Cleaning, Final Cleaning for pets, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

Summary of reviewsThe property is beautifully located among olive trees and nature, with a nice pool. Despite some equipment and cleanliness issues, the surroundings are peaceful and the pool is great.

Die Anlage liegt wunderschön zwischen vielen Olivenbäumen und inmitten der Natur. Der Pool ist schön und auch ausreichend groß. Leider ist die Ausstattung des Hauses eher mangelhaft. Zusammengewürfelte Teller, Gläser und Besteck. Einiges davon wirklich in schlechtem Zustand, so z.B. die verkratzten Pfannen quasi nicht zu gebrauchen. Wenig Besteck und in schlechtem Zustand. Die Sauberkeit bei Übergabe war auch nicht gut. Kühlschrank und Backofen waren verdreckt und auch im Haus waren überall Spinnweben und Staub. Das geht definitiv besser. Auch das versprochene WLAN ist nur sehr begrenzt vorhanden. Die Vermieterin hat aber hier im Laufe unseres Urlaubes nachgebessert.
Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in der Ruhe der Natur und mit den vielen Katzen. Gerade der Pool war für uns wichtig und der ist toll.
Die Lage ist toll und in der Nähe von Lucca gelegen, aber man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Dann kommt man recht schnell nach Lucca, Pisa oder an den Strand nach Viareggio.
Wenn bei der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit nachgebessert wird, kann man die Anlage empfehlen.
