Friendly, helpful staff.... especially worth a mention is the way they handled a situation after we checked out:- I realized I had left my gold jewellery in our bedroom and we were on our way to catch the ferry to UK. I emailed them and they replied...offering to send them on to me with a shipping invoice... I am most grateful and wrote back to thank them.

Location, pool and shuttle to Disney
Lack of vegan breakfast. Booked with breakfast but no hot vegan options. Had to get a refund but not ideal in winter weather to start the day with no hot food

Comfortable beds, good bathroom facilities. Small pool
On an industrial estate with nothing nearby.
Breakfast was adequate but not worth the money.
High prices for extremely basic rooms.
