Staff are really friendly. The location isn’t very close to the city centre but it’s walking distance to metro station. I really liked the water filler at the common area. It’s exactly what I need. Thank you.

This hotel best fits for HappyCulture collection as HappyCulture is not just the name for them rather a culture which the staff has developed, evidently visible for our stay for 3nights. Staff is loving and proactively supportive. The rooms are cozy and holds all amenities. Loved the fact making a cozy place for games and engagement along with restoring many artifacts as well. I would love to be back stay at Boris V.

Booked a superior double room. Found the room was clean and simple, if a little cramped for two people. The reception area has a nice warm vibe, and the neighborhood has lots of nice chocolate shops, and an easy Metro link to get places. Unfortunately, we had a few issues.
The first was the heating. Given the cold weather (ranging around 4 and -4) at the time, we needed the heating on, which was unfortunately very loud. There was a heater above the bed which was on a timer and made incredibly loud clanking and banging noises when it activated--every night during the AMs, a schedule that didn't change even when I tried turning it off at the wall. There was also a radiator in the room which occassionally started clanking and hissing, despite emitting no heat.
The second issue was the hotel breakfast. We were assured when we arrived that the hotel breakfast was included in our room charge, but when we checked out we were told otherwise and the hotel demanded further payment, which came to 28 euros--and we'd only used it once, because after that once we found we'd rather go elsewhere (the bacon was particularly awful).
In conclusion, if you don't mind a small room and are visiting in warm weather, it's a decent pick. Just don't touch the buffet!
