The Bellfry was beautiful, , warm , comfortable, well equipped, just about everything you could want to make you relaxed and happy. We just loved it and wish we could have stayed longer.

I feel like I might be shooting myself in the foot by writing this review.
The Bellfry is the perfect rural escape for a couple that's far (but not too far) away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The accommodation was spotless on arrival with a lovely scent in the air, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, including a Nespresso machine if you're a coffee lover.
The resident retriever Louis is a gorgeous well trained doggo that loves his pets, he knows he's not allowed in the house and may throw a cute tantrum if he likes your rubs.
The highlight of the trip for us was making use of the complimentary access to club Whitford's swimming pool, sauna and steam room, and getting some food afterwards, it made the stay feel like a complete retreat.
We wanted for nothing and lapped up the luxury.
We wished the weather could have been better so we could have used the outdoor seating and tended to gooey Louis' needs more.
We'll be back when the sun and the grand stretch sets in because of this!

The cottage is fantastic: warm, cozy and designed with so much love and attention not just to its looks but also to all your needs as the guest. It is perfect for peace and quiet getaway. Hosts are very accommodating and as a bonus their doggo is an absolute charmer who will be guarding your porch. Strongly recommend!
