About this house rental
CasaMinotti is a farmhouse inserted in an organic farm, on the panoramic hills overlooking Gubbio, just 9 km from the city center.
The farmhouse consists of two old houses: La Torre, 2 bedrooms (up to six beds) and La Colonica, with 5 bedrooms, one of which is also accessible to guests with reduced mobility. All bedrooms have private facilities.
The houses are very original, carefully restored, equipped with every comfort. Particular attention is paid to the quality of rest: extra-sized beds, hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows, cotton and linen satin sheets and artisan linen fabrics.
In the morning a pleasant and abundant breakfast is served, able to satisfy every need, to be enjoyed with the relaxed rhythms of the holiday.
The houses enjoy a large fenced green area, full of corners and reserved spaces, as well as a swimming pool and an outdoor theater, perfect for organizing events with friends.
The outdoor area is enriched by hundreds of roses, gorse, flowering shrubs which in every season offer pleasant atmospheres.
From the houses there are paths that run through the private woods of the company.
Many activities are offered, even with expert guides: truffle hunting, of which the company woods are rich, trekking, mountain biking, enduro, wine tourism trips, shopping, with particular attention to the production of Umbrian cashmere and ceramic.
Optional services include cooking courses and ceramic courses.
Possibility to have private chef and wellness treatments.
CasaMinotti is strategic for visiting Umbria, Marche, Tuscany, the center of gravity between Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea.
