Beautiful property with lots of old character and very good facilities. Pool, garden and terrace views of San Gimignano were amazing. Host could not have been more helpful.

The country lane down to the property was a bit steep, but we managed fine.

Die Zufahrt ist abenteuerlich (Feldweg)- wäre mit einem Sportwagen vermutlich nicht möglich. Das Zimmer im Untergeschoss müffelt etwas. Ein Couchtisch im Wohnbereich wäre noch gut.

This villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday with an extensive country view including the towers of San Gimignano. The rooms all have en suite bathrooms, the kitchen is easy to use and there are good indoor and outdoor dining areas. Everyone enjoyed the well kept swimming pool which is long enough for even the best swimmers. So sensible to have parking areas in the shade and there is cctv monitoring so anyone in the kitchen can see what is happening at the pool. We engaged Vichichef Francesco to cook our first night’s meal and also to teach us how to make pasta on Thursday then cooking it for dinner. He was a delight and gave confidence to even our youngest potential chefs.

The approach drive is challenging but our hosts were quick to grade the surface when it became possible.
