Jó ár/érték arányú, közel a tengerparthoz. A szobához erkély is tartozott. Az ágy nagy, kényelmes. 1-2 éjszakára megszállni tökéletes.
A szoba kis méretű és a fürdőszoba is nagyon kicsi. A bútorzat elég elavult, a falak nagyon vékonyak, a folyosóról a zajok teljesen behallatszanak.
