the room is okay, location is bit distance from eateries. no specific parking space, just park around neighbourhood.

Had not been in Londonderry for years. Was taking my friend away for special night, searched hotels & ti's came up called Hotel 4, it's not a hotel, an Airbnb in a council estate. Paid *** for 1 night, totally disgusted & mortified at bringing my friend here. Said garden view & as you can see from photos it was soil out back & no view as u had to climb on bed to see out window. Front garden not cut either. I was horrified and assumed we had got wrong address. I could have got a decent hotel for £20 more. No breakfast or kitchen either, a kettle in ur room which is so small. The room itself was well decorated but false advertisement. Another family had same response as us, no confirmation email for instructions to get in so had to fone when got there, said would forward email but didn't so communication non existent. Will never be back & advertisements need to alert people what they are going to. Total disgrace we couldn't get refund to book s proper hotel.
