Gute Lage zur Uniklinik, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, früherer Check-in unkompliziert möglich, bequemes Bett, nette Einrichtung.
Kontakt mit Vermietern eher indirekt. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, Antwort auf schriftliche Nachrichten schleppend.

Töpfe u. Pfannen sollten nicht beschichtet sein. Wechselndem Publikum ausgesetzt halten sie mit der Beschichtung nicht lang. (Total zerkratzt und abblätternd).

Es war eine ruhige Lage,
Der Weg ins Haus war teilweise unbeleuchtet. Im Bad gab es keine Steckdose für den Fön, das Fenster war nicht abzudunkeln, keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher aufzuhängen und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Vermieter wurde darüber informiert hat aber nicht reagiert.
