Staff was helpful. Nice clean rooms. Pool was a bonus. Oversized towels in bathrooms a plus. Nice breakfast. Quiet at night (was outside the city)
Had dinner there only once, wish I had done it more often, food was delicious farm-to-table.
I was ok and prepared for being outside of the city, but bear in mind this location is a good 30 minute drive from Milan center

Rooms had everything you needed, great pool, stunning food at the restaurant and close to public transport.

Breakfast was good
the air conditioning in the room was not working. It was very cold at night. My two year old daughter caught a cold on the first night. I called many times about this issue but no one answered.
