This single storey garden house sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, sitting room with dining area, kitchen, conservatory and bathroom arranged over one floor. Outside is a sun terrace expanse lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue plus off road parking for two cars. The superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are all within a 20 minute drive. Just a few miles west are the superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath and pretty as a picture Padstow. 1 pet welcome at £25 per week
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, DVD, WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Off road parking for two cars. Lawned garden with furniture. 1 pet welcome at £25 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub three miles. New purpose built lock up shed available to store bikes, carriers and roof boxes. Please note: for all bookings in January, February, October, November and December (excluding Christmas weeks) there is a winter supplement of £35 per week
