• The location, proximity to the airport • Near the main town with a lot of restaurant options nearby • The room was very clean, with everything we need for our stay • All the information sent to me prior to our arrival was extremely helpful from shuttle availability, how to find it etc

• When I booked, it mentioned that breakfasts will be included and I was informed of this prior to my arrival. When I checked in at Reception and inquire about it, she mentioned it wasn’t available at all with no other explanation. If that is the case, the room should be priced accordingly and guests should be refunded.

Bathroom faucet was bad, but I’m sure that’ll get fixed.

Basic needs were met. The washroom and linens were fine. Small fridge in the room was nice to have. Easy enough to get to using Cotral bus from FCO.

Entry to the property was terrible. Check in was only available 1600-1930, but they stated they would accommodate you if you arrive earlier/later. I provided and confirmed my check in time, which was earlier than check in time, the day prior with the property manager and was just told "Ok thanks". No instructions were provided to me to accommodate my early check in. I assumed it would be okay and we would be able to get in. However, we arrived, only to find we were locked out. I had no service and no wifi information was provided for me to try to connect from outside so I could communicate with them or check in. I tried to ask for help next door only to be very rudely told "get out" and not helped at all. We waited in the heat, but eventually I had to find wifi to contact the property, so I walked all the way to McDonald's and got in touch. I explained we were locked out and no one was answering the doorbell. The lady manager called me and said "oh yes, we will give you the code to get in" - with no apology, as if they didn't know I would have needed it before! She sent me a pre-typed message with all the relevant instructions. I should have been provided this information immediately after I gave them my arrival time and they knew I would need it. The staff was not helpful, not available and not friendly. There were dust-bunnies and hair clumps in the room. The bed's headboard was worn and ripped up. Furthermore, it was very hot and the air-conditioning in the room did not work; it was blowing warm air and very weakly. It was not comfortable. The "included breakfast" was simply a small cappuccino and one croissant/pastry - nice to have, but not very substantial. I would not recommend this property based on this experience.
