About this villa rental
The luxury villa is about 300 square meters, built on two levels above ground and a basement level, it has the typical structure of coastal constructions with white round arches with terracotta tiles and glazed majolica tiles with lava stone inserts of Vesuvius. The avenues of the gardens and the external floor are in natural stone.
The villa consists of 6 double rooms with private bathroom and exclusive terraces, in addition there is the kitchen, the living room, a shared bathroom, as well as wide corridors and open spaces, all surrounded by gardens of about 1000 square meters, developed with terraces and a swimming pool with solarium, with the possibility of parking in the boulevards, the roof has a solarium.
The villa has a romantic, vintage style, is located in a very panoramic hillside position, it overlooks the bay of Sorrento, the sea below, the rocky and tree-lined coast, the Vesuvius, the islands and the city of Naples on the horizon , between the blue of the sea and the sky.
In an ideal location, not far from the center of Sorrento and the beaches, surrounded by greenery, between the scent of the trees and the sea breeze, you can hear the song of birds in peace, ideal for those who need privacy and tranquility.
At check in the guest will pay a security deposit for any damages of 2000 euros cash, which will be returned upon check out except for any damage to be assessed.

Fabulous place with stunning views over Sorrento . 20-30 minute walk down hill to centre. The Host Maria was very attentive and helpful . Maria’s restaurant recommendations were spot on and she reserved trips , transfers from airport and a food delivery for our arrival . Fabulous holiday with friends

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Di Nola. The villa is stunning, and the views are breathtaking. Maria is a gracious, wonderful host and made our stay so comfortable. She was very communicative and welcoming. Our original accommodation cancelled on us last-minute, and we are so grateful for Maria — she saved our vacation, and even had fresh fruit, coffee and water waiting for us upon arrival! The only thing to note is that the villa is in more of a remote area, so if you’re planning on touring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, be strategic about your transportation, as taking taxis can add up quickly in this area. It’s a nice stroll down the hill, but walking back up from town is challenging. There is a delicious cappuccino waiting for you at the bottom if you are willing to do the walk, though! We can’t recommend Maria or Villa Di Nola enough, and will forever cherish our memories of our stay. Thank you, Maria!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Villa Di Nola. The property is located next to a path that takes you right into town. This walk takes 20-30 minutes and is lovely. We did walk home one day and it was up hill...we made it but I would recommend the bus which leaves every 30 minutes from the train station. You can also arrange for transport with the hotel across the way.
The property was immaculate and the view was sensational. The second bedroom can be a bit noisy if there are guest next door.
We would definitely return!
