About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a property on a slope away from the roads and noise. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers a fully equipped, modern kitchen with kitchen unit and open dining & living area. Both bedrooms have quality double beds. One bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom with bath. Adjacent to the dressing room with spacious wardrobe is a TagesWC with shower. From the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view of the foothills of the South Tyrolean mountains. The garden is behind the house and is equipped with sun loungers and parasol.

We loved our stay here! The views of the surrounding vineyard & orchard with the mountain backdrop are stunning. This unit is up one flight of stairs from the parking area, but at ground level coming off of the front porch and deck, with access to a walking path through the vineyard and up the mountain side to a beautiful waterfall. The interior is spacious and well-decorated with a well-stocked kitchen and an espresso maker. There is also a third small bedroom with a twin bed and a crib, plus another closet. The washer/dryer was great to have! There are only a few windows with screens (& lots of bugs who would like to get inside!), but there is a fan which helped us cool off during the unusually hot weather (typically it is cooler, so not having air conditioning wouldn’t have been an issue). Gert was a fantastic host! He was nearby to answer questions about the property and gave us lots of great information about the area and his vineyard! The location is about halfway between Trento & Bolzano, which was great. We would definitely stay again!

We spent a wonderful week at Gert’s place. The house offers a lot of space and is very well equipped at all levels, including the kitchen where we find high quality materials and in large quantity. The balcony offers a magnificent view on the valley and the mountains and add another space for a meal. The house is also well located to discover the South-Tyrol region and the German roots presence. Gert has been very generous to share information with respect to restaurants and activities in the area. Definitively, if we are coming back in South-Tyrol, we will book the same house with no hesitation.
