a estrutura do hotel é muito boa, pra quem tem crianças então é sensacional, a equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa, pedimos pra trocar o chuveiro e fomos atendidos prontamente.

O lugar é ótimo tudo muito limpo.
Não gostei pois que esquecemos um shampoo com máscara da marca L’Oréal no qual eram novos no valor de 470,00 e o hotel disse não ter encontrado enviamos a mensagem assim que descobrimos que tínhamos esquecido mas disseram que não encontraram e que a funcionária era parente de anos ou seja omitiram a situação e na vão ressarcir com os produtos de volta uma vez que descobriram que não era tão barato assim . Ou seja fiamos no prejuízo e garantimos que fomos lesados quanto a isso.
