Disponibilità dello staff, gentilezza della responsabile, pulizia, cordialità, posizione e gli sia i comuni, nonché’ lo stile e la ristrutturazione della struttura.

Edificio storico molto suggestivo, comoda da raggiungere, parcheggio incluso.

The kindness of the breakfast staff and the cleaning ladies, always nice, smiling and ready for any information. The position of the Hotel is great and also the proximity of the beaches. The city center is nearby and of easy access. Parking is inside the hotel, even if in a very small space with all the difficulties if you need the car for anything. Very good breakfast.

The big problem was that the Wi-Fi connection was not in the room, despite the room description, and the awful smell of fried food from the restaurant kitchen every single night. For the Wi-Fi we discovered that in order to "maintain the silence as the monks wished", the connection was only in the common areas (with great confusion because the information were not available and clear, we had to ask for every notion), as a result working with a bit of privacy was unreal. Only at the end of the stay we found out that there was a solution for the connection in the room, no one told us at the beginning. Moreover, the landlords were almost never in the structure. We had to ask at the staff for a lot of information.
