Posizione ed esposizione ottima, fronte mare e con grande e largo balcone perimetrale attrezzato di sedie tavolini, poltroncine. Appartamento molto luminoso, con arredo datato, non bellissimo ma comodo, non mancava di nulla, abbiamo trovato persino il carrello per fare la spesa. Un punto di grande forza Sandro e Marlen, molto amabili e sempre presenti per ogni evenienza, abbiamo avuto un problema con internet il giorno di Pasqua, ed è stato risolto tempestivamente. Wi-Fi ottimo. Apprezzabile il posto auto in dotazione con pagamento aggiuntivo, nella zona non è facile trovare posto! Zona ben servita con supermercati, e locali di ogni tipo, tutto raggiungibile a piedi.
Da migliorare la pulizia.
