Sehr freundliches Ehepaar, das die Pension führt, mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Alles ist sauber und komfortabel, Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür, der Bahnhof und Supermarkt sind wenige Minuten entfernt.

Cleanliness, size of the apartment, elevator, location.
Well, the house itself is good value for the money, but we had quite a few issues with the price and what it includes.
We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment through booking.com, including breakfast. (There were no options for apartments without breakfast available).
The rate was app.1000 eur for the week.
2 friends wanted to join us, so I emailed the pensionat, and asked if they could add 2 persons and how much extra would it cost? They replied, that the price is already for 4 persons, no extra cost.
3rd or 4th day at the breakfast, the lady of the house came to us, and told us that we had to pay extra after all. She said 10 eur/person/ night extra. Just like that, eventhou everything was confirmed earlier by email. I of course wanted to negotiate about this, but she got pretty mad about it. She ended up pretty rudely saying that at least the breakfast has to be paid by 2 persons for the whole stay. Ok, we agreed, eventhou it felt very weird. But we didn't want to ruin our vacation by argueing. At the invoice the breakfast ended up being 12 eur /person, not 10. How many different prices can they actually have??? Haha. This started feeling like a joke. But the annoying thing is that after our discussion, the lady of the house was pretty crumpy to us the hole rest of our week. So for us the friendliness of the house did not get through that well. The man of the house was friendly all the time thou.
At booking.com, there was only city tax mentioned at the extra costs. But in reality, we also had to pay for cleaning plus the erlier mentioned breakfasts.
The problem seems to be that they do not understand how booking.com works or something. Users of booking.com are used to trusting that the price is really what is said and no hidden extra fees. The extra fees should all be mentioned at booking.com reservation page. In this case it did not work like that.
After all, we had to pay 260 eur by cash before departure.
