This was an absolutely magnificent hotel and restaurant. I loved staying here. The location is pure perfection. Quiet and peaceful spot in the Italian Alps. The scenery from your hotel window and balcony is stuff for dreams. Just gorgeous. The restaurant was so nice that is on the main floor. This is worth a trip by itself. Great atmosphere and great wait staff. The food was sooooo good. Beyond good. Excellent. Great service. Amazing Italian wine to go with the food. Delicious desert. I arrived very late after driving all day from the small German town of Weilburg near Frankfurt which is 739 KMs after stops in Munich to switch out BMW rentals and Neuschwanstein Castle in the Bavarian Alps. The kitchen had been closed for one hour, but the family owner of the property was so nice and pleasant she whipped me up some amazing lasagna that I enjoyed so much. With several glasses of wine of course. This meant a lot to me because this property is all by itself in the mountains. If I had to eat someplace else it might have been 30 minutes one way to another open restaurant at that hour. I liked it so much I decided to stay an extra night and have another delicious meal at the restaurant the next night. The scenery on the drive to the hotel is just epic. So beautiful. Wonderful winding mountain road drive to get to the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The scenery from the room was unbelievable. This would be a great spot for a nice couple's weekend as it could be very romantic with the peace and quiet and great food and wine and the ability to just walk up to your room after your done drinking a couple of bottles of wine for the evening. Then during the day have some nice romantic walks in the surrounding woods around the hotel. Take a scenic drive around the area in your spare time. Could be very special with your significant other. I for sure want to stop here again.
I had to leave and go home and make more money to come back next year and enjoy more pasta and wine and gelato.

Personale cordialissimo. Buona la colazione. Atmosfera calda e accogliente. Posizione isolata ma molto bella.
Riscaldamento nelle camere inadeguato. A cena, i piatti di carne sono poco saporiti e basterebbe poco per renderli più accattivanti.

Very rural, up in the hills lovely Tyrollean scenery. Basically the end of the road in a forest clearing.
No problems. If you are a very light sleeper the cow bells might be a problem but thats it!
