The property was clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing and felt like it was important for them that we will have the most amazing stay.

Lovely spacious breakfast rooms where I enjoyed a very leisurely breakfast. Excellent range of breakfast meats and cheese (although, being a Brit, I would have loved to have soft- ilo hard-boiled eggs!) Drinks machine also great.
The sauna facilities are exceptional
It's also great to have the use of the breakfast room and a microwave 24/7 - very thoughtful
As was the provision of a reasonably-priced honesty-bar
The mattress was a little too firm. I wondered about asking if they had a mattress topper - but was busy with other things
The shower towel in the room was thin. The ones in the sauna much nicer, but these were removed by cleaning staff the following morning if ever I returned to my room wrapped in one, and then used it for my shower instead of the thin one!

I stayed in this hotel 3 times and will gladly stay here again!
Location is convenient - right next to Ahornbahn and few mins walk to Penkenbahn, super close. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice, breakfest has everything needed to start the day well. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
It would be nice to have a small electric kettle in the room.
