We were kindly greeted by Olive with tea and cake which we enjoyed outside with the beautiful view. The family room (sleeping 2 adults 2 children) was spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped and enjoyed a fantastic view. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening for a drink chatting to other guests. The breakfast was a particular highlight - delicious food and beautifully presented. I wish I could have eaten it all! We had an appetizer of granola, fresh fruit and a homemade smoothie. Olive then presented a cake stand of cakes and pastries and toast. The full Irish breakfast we had ordered the night before was excellent and the children enjoyed their freshly made pancakes. A lovely stay, ideal for exploring the Glens of Antrim area. We enjoyed the cushendall beach, rock pooling at the harbour and doing the waterfall walk at Glenariff forest. We would recommend Harry's in Cushendall for an evening meal

The location was ideal for our planned travel in the area. The hostess was friendly and helpful.
It was our first time staying in a B&B so some expectations were not met. I have family and friends who stay in B&B's almost exclusively and their experiences are always great and having breakfast included was nice, so we thought we would try one out. First of all, I felt a little embarrassed because we did not see the doorbell and were not sure how to announce our arrival. From my understanding a bed AND breakfast means breakfast is included in the package. All the B&B's our friends and family stay at, this has been the case. So we were extremely surprised to find breakfast is an extra charge, but we did have breakfast the first morning. I will say it was a good breakfast for the most part, the baking was lovely and my French toast was nice. Hubby felt his meal was overly greasy, however. It was extremely stressful to find out the night before checking out that we would be required to pay cash for the breakfast and that we would be hunting for a working ATM in the very small village near the B&B. It took several tries, but we did find the cash. Had I realized earlier, that cash was necessary I would have gotten cash at one of the many major places we visited during the day. The shower was a disappointment. It was awkward, hard to use, and had to be held by hand as it wouldn't stay pointed at us to stand under it! I also did not realize that there would be no way to indicate we wanted our privacy. We always put up a do not disturb sign in hotel rooms when staying for only a day or two, we prefer NOT to have staff in our room whilst we're gone. The beds were reasonably comfortable.
