Location is perfect. Just 3 min walk from Milano Centrale...Metro station is just around the corner and only 4 stops to Duomo di Milano. Amazing place and great breakfast!

The buffet is a highlight of a stay at Hotel Berna. The breakfast staff are also noted for being attentive and friendly. The mini-bar in the room is stocked daily with complimentary soft drinks and water. Inconsistent service at reception. While most interactions are positive, encounters with one particular receptionist who was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. If your room facing the main street, it can be a bit noisy at night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but don't expect a sleek, ultra-modern design . Also, noted that the hot water system can be a little temperamental.
