About this villa rental
Superb single storey villa, in a very quiet corner of the countryside, 150 meters from the sandy beaches of Brignogan-Plages.
NEW 2022: Indoor swimming pool from July 2022. Size 6m x3 m with corner stairs and 4 massage jets. A large terrace facing south, along the length of the pool.
Come and enjoy the indoor pool heated to 29°C all year round. You will enjoy it whatever the weather outside.
The photo of the pool is not contractual. The construction is in progress. It will be completed by June 2022.
Please note, the property fee of 70€ per night includes several charges: Water, Electricity, towels, 1 check per week of the equipment and the water of the pool, etc.
This amount is a high flat rate, it can be adjusted downwards according to your actual charges: water and electricity. If you wish the adjustment according to your real charges, the payment will be made at the end of your stay. Thank you in this case, to indicate it to us in your message before your reservation.
As an option, the cleaning package is 120€.
Also in option, the sheets by bed are at 12€.
As a reminder, towels are provided.
Some bicycles are at your disposal for small walks to discover this coast of the Legends with its vast strikes, its rocks of granite with the strange forms, its sites and its paths (GR34).
For long bike rides, you have a bike rental agency at 400m: mountain bikes, VTC and electric bikes.
The house is very functional with all the possible comfort to feel at home. Wifi and Orange TV are available.
It can accommodate people with reduced mobility (all rooms are accessible to a wheelchair).
The large south-facing terraces allow you to enjoy the sun and relax after a day full of activities offered by the region: water sports (water sports center at 500m), kayaking, diving, fishing, biking, hiking, sand yachting, tennis, visits (museums, lighthouses, semaphore, village of Ménéham, Abers, ...)
Finally, in the evening, no need to move your car, a short walk of 5 minutes will take you to various restaurants (Creperie, Pizzéria, Gastronomic restaurants, ...) where you can enjoy the Breton gastronomy: pancakes, seafood, fresh fish, black far, etc.

Very nice big garden as well as the pool, super well-equipped kitchen, lots of toys and games for indoors and outdoors. Easy walk to two big beaches. Really perfect for kids.
