Rent furnished apartment of 60m2 in property with independent entrance overlooking Lake Verney and overlooking the Grandes Rousses.
1 bedroom with double bed. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, large living room with two double sofa beds, TV, sitting area.

Parking place in closed private course.

Summer: ideal for hiking (hiking trail along the house), for cyclists (located at the foot of the passes of the iron cross, the tarmac and alpe d'huez and 35 km from the passes of Lautaret and Galibier).

For mountain bikers, there are many paths and downhill trails in alpe d'huez and the two Alps.
Numerous climbing sites and for large routes, the village of La Bérarde is 40 km.

Winter: access to the large area of Alpe d'Huez (up to 3330 m altitude with 250 km and 135 trails, the longest in the world: Sarenne) 8 km and the domain of the Alps at 20km.

Location très bien situé à l’écart dans un joli village de montagne.
Des propriétaires adorables, une vue magnifique sur le lac du Verney et du calme.
L’endroit parfait pour les sportifs ( triathlon alpe d’huez la marmotte) ou pour découvrir la région .
