The check out is at 9,30am which is quite early and I got multiple warnings over e-mail that even a 5 minuted delay will cause quite large penalties (about 70EUR).
Also you pick up the keys in a lock box in a different building (no issue with that), but after 6pm there is no emergency number provided in case you have any difficulties with your arrival, finding the keys etc. Again, just multiple e-mail warnings that the phone numbers work only until 6pm.
Overall, the place is nice but I think the tone of the communication should change to be more friendly and welcoming.
