About this apartment rental
Casa Dom, a holiday home in Rome, is in the center a stone's throw from the Vatican City. The Prati district where it is located is famous and characteristic for Roman shopping, typical restaurants, wine bars, pizzerias and all kinds of services that will make your stay pleasant and unforgettable, all in a context of extreme tranquility and safety. Your holidays in Rome will in fact be enlivened not only by visits to monuments and museums, but also by the many gastronomic specialties and by the numerous theaters and cinemas. You will thus be able to know some aspects of the eternal city that only those who live with passions can appreciate.
The apartment, recently renovated, is a 45 sq.m two-room apartment located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful building from 1885, located in one of the most central areas of Rome, 30 meters from the OTTAVIANO stop of the underground line A and 5 minutes walk from Vatican City. In addition, within 100 meters, there are all the most important commercial services. The apartment is located in via degli Scipioni, in the heart of Papal Rome and, at the same time, in the heart of Roman shopping with streets such as via otviano and via Cola di Rienzo. On foot with short and pleasant walks you can reach the historic center: Castel Sant'Angelo, Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, via Condotti, via Frattina etc. .. or you can choose the convenience of public transport: 3 metro stops and you are at the Spanish Steps.
The apartment consists of a living area with satellite TV, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette and a table for the consumption of meals, a sleeping area with double bed, an independent bathroom with shower, air conditioning, windows with double glazing and terrace with washing machine.
Possibility to add a camping cot and high chair for children. Supermarkets and local market nearby.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Dom while in Rome! The apartment is very clean and modernized. The building is very secure. The location could not be more convenient to the metro! Domenico met us for check in and explained everything in the apartment and neighborhood for us. He even provided some breakfast goodies for our first day! We would love to stay there again if ever back in Rome!

We stayed at Domenico’s apartment for our week in Rome. It is modern, stylish, very clean and had great connections to the Metro and proximity to great restaurants and shops. He helped us with our connections and travel across Rome and organised our transfer from the airport. We recommend this apartment with 100% 5*

An apartment ideal for two. The location is perfect. You can visit all of Rome by foot and have the metro on your doorstep as an alternative. We found the apartment to be clean, well equipped (apart from no freezer) and comfortable for our 2 week stay. There are supermarkets just minutes away and the Trionfale market is also close. The number 23 & 70 buses are within minutes away.
Having a washing machine was great. We appreciated having cleaning items available.
Communication with Domenico was efficient and fast.
Make sure you have Cacio e Pepe at Hosteria del Angelo close by
I would have loved to have had a visitors book so we could write up our favourite places to eat in Rome etc. plus tips, ideas etc.
After numerous visits to Rome this would be helpful for first time visitors.
