Very nice apartment and accommodations, all the amenities are provided including teapot coffee maker, espresso machine and plenty of pots and plates. Good location for walking to the beach, the port, restaurants and visiting Notre Dame. Should reserve parking if you're traveling by car.

Great location if you don’t mind a little walking. 15 minute walk from city center, 20 minutes to a local beach, and about half an hour to the bus station. We drove a car to Marseille and had a very difficult time finding a parking spot on the tiny streets near the apartment. All the cars parked around were very banged up, so beware; people seem to actually use their bumpers as bumpers. Once we found an open stall we left the car there for all three nights because we were afraid if we moved it we wouldn’t find another spot. Besides parking everything else was wonderful. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and Dominique even let us do our laundry.

We spent a delightful week in the apartment. It was clean, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and we felt very much at home. There were some very thoughtful additions in the apartment, eg the laptop and the free wifi.The ownners, who live above could not have been more helpful.Although it is situated in a very quiet street it is easily accessible from the town,and there are bakers and supermarkets very closeby. There are also some lovely walks, with beautiful views very near the apartment.Altogether a very good base from which to explore Marseille and its surroundings
