Wat een prachtige villa is Villa Roca. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf met het mooie privé zwembad. Ik begreep dat er sinds kort een nieuwe beheerder is bij de villa. De informatie om het in te checken was duidelijk en de check-in ging daardoor makkelijk. Bij aankomst was het huis netjes. Er zijn drie badkamers en een bad aanwezig. Voor ons gezin was dit heel fijn. We hebben vooral enorm genoten van het buiten dineren aan de grote eettafel. Onze kinderen hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. We komen graag weer een keer terug!
De villa ligt op een mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht. De villa ligt niet ver van het strand vandaan (ongeveer 800 meter), maar het is wel handig om een auto te hebben.

• The shady terrace is great for all meals
• We enjoyed the swimming pool with the numerous sun loungers
• The misunderstanding about the linen. We had to pay 20€ cash per person for bed fees and towels while Booking indicate that it is included.
• The neighborhood is calm so we had to be careful with the noise after 22h
• It would not be convenient to not have cars since all shops and beaches are quite far

Lot of rooms and bedrooms. Nice round table in the living room where you can sit on with 10 people. The swimming pool is great for kids and cooling down for adults. And if are there questions or needs there is quick respons.
To go somewhere (shopping, restaurants, sea, beach) you need to go by car. You can walk but takes you more than 20 minutes and to come back you have to go hill up (1,2 km). Also the driveway is very stylish. For very little children's (who can not swim) you have always to take care because the swimming pool is not shielded. The garden is in terraces children can't play there. In two bad rooms the shower heads always slid down, you have held up by your self. No hair dryer.

Le coin cuisine extérieure
Piscine verte pendant 3 jours , donc non entretenue. Nous avons passé nous même l’aspirateur pendant 3 heures. Pas de lumière extérieure au deuxième étage . Douche bouchée au deuxième étage et inondation dans une des chambres . Villa équipée de deux climatiseurs mobiles , avec une sortie d’Air chaud et un tuyau qui coule dans les chambres , encore inondation. Odeur d’égout à l’étage du bas . Villa non entrenue, les propriétaires sont en Hollande. Les personnes qui s’en occupe ne sont pas disponibles. Boîte à clef qui ne fonctionne pas . Des mégots partout à l’extérieur de la propriété. Connection wifi médiocre et containers poubelles attaqués par sangliers. Transats cassés et dangereux , une personne s’est blessé , vice caché.
