50's time warp. Comfortable,warm,plenty of hot water,very well equipped. Good value.No WiFi....listed as having WiFi.Ancient wiring.1 good bathroom and 1 poor without heating. Small double bunk room downstairs next to hall/ garage: basic with concrete floor. Rooms upstairs are better: 1 double 1 single plus trundle: this room has no sockets.Location: this is the main problem: 400-450m down steep hill to village and 600m to Chamois lift. We were 2 X 75 year olds....the climb back was difficult for me ( significant asthma). Luckily,skis and boots could be stored at the ski shops next to the lift.Overall we enjoyed our stay,but the chalet could be better described and only really suits those who are physically fit and those who don't mind the quirks.On the plus side this is by far the cheapest chalet in this beautiful town.Both of us have properties that we rent. In our opinion the chalet would benefit from updating...in particular wiring and the provision of WiFi. The cost would quickly be recouped with higher rental values.
