About this villa rental
The villa has a heated pool with an additional cost of:
- The months of November, December, January, February and March is 350 euros per week.
- The months of April, May, June, September and October is 300 euros per week.
If you want a heated pool you have to take it for the entire stay, if in doubt contact us.
Andalusia is a very visited region and is known for its typical houses with patios adorned with flowers and Arabic influence, so that in Villa Mar we have retained its Andalusian style so that tenants can spend their holidays in a typical house of the region.
The main entrance of the villa is through a beautiful Andalusian patio adorned with flowers and a central source.
The villa consists of 2 floors: on the upper floor we find a spacious living room with access to an incredible terrace with wonderful sea views where you can enjoy beautiful dinners or play table tennis.
On this same floor there is also the kitchen that is fully equipped and that has a large table for 10 people.
On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and direct access to the garden.
All rooms and the living room have ceiling fans and hot / cold systems (heat pumps).
In addition the villa has a magnificent fireplace.
The villa has Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
In the living room you can enjoy a pool table and a music tower that works with USB and Bluetooth.
The garden has 1300 m2 that will make you enjoy endless sunny days due to its excellent orientation (south), it is also equipped so that all guests can enjoy an excellent holidays, has 10 sunbeds, umbrellas, grill, pergola and many furniture of garden.
The pool has perfect measurements of 10 meters long by 4 meters wide and its depth is perfect for playing several games inside the pool. (The villa includes a volleyball net to play in the pool)
In the garden we have a solar shower with cold and hot water.
The proximity of the villa to the sea gives the house an excellent temperature.

Villa was exactly as stated in the listing. Mar was very quick to respond to queries. The villa was very clean and we enjoyed our stay and had great fun in the pool and used the pool table a lot.Although the beach was close there were no sunbeds and umbrellas for hire in that section, the nearest for hire were a good 20 minute walk away.
