About this apartment rental
Bright and spacious apartment on the port of Dinan with lovely river views. Access is from a quiet side street by one flight of stairs.
The apartment has free internet WIFI access and both French and UK TV.
The apartment overlooks the river Rance, is a few steps from the old stone bridge, and there is a selection of good restaurants and cafes close by, as well as a very good bakery.
Entering the apartment, there is a corner kitchen and living area which has beautiful views to the river, the old bridge and port area.
Separate WC. Bathroom with bath,shower and basin. Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.
Convertible sofa bed in the living area to provide additional sleeping.
There is a garden area allocated for the sole use of the apartment , which is a short walk away , access is via the tow path and a couple of steps down to a pleasant sitting out area.
The apartment is not suitable for young children under 10 years of age.
We have a keybox system so guests can pick up the keys on arrival and check in without meeting anyone , however we live locally and are available if you need us during your stay.
There are a few free on street parking spaces just outside the apartments, and more free spaces a short walk away, or we can supply a ticket to a reserved space in a nearby barrier car park for 20€ per week or 4€ per day.
Electricity , tourist tax , bed linen and towels are included in the price.
We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your arrival , and you can either clean before leaving or we can arrange an end of stay clean for 50€

Lovely first floor apartment over looking river in Dinan port. Great bars and restaurants but also quiet and charming. Easy access and instructions to apartment, Jeremy and Julia were great hosts, hope to return one day

We stayed 6 nights but wish it was longer
The view from the lounge on our arrival was an explosion of light across the river showing all the lovely discoveries we were going to have
The place is lovingly furnished to a high standard with nothing left to chance
The bed is fantastic and great bedding for excellent sleeps ( we had such great sleeps )
The kitchen and all crockery of a high standard
There’s a lovely little garden down the tow path where we sat and drank wine
Only minor issue is parking as some days if we were u lucky we had to park over the river . Best to pay for the 20€ parking
We will return as just loved it

lovely bright apartment over looking over the town of Dinan.
We enjoyed a quiet and comfy stay in this well equipped light and airy apartment.
