Apartment in the liveliest and coolest area of Rome, full of shops, clubs and restaurants.

Adjacent Foro Italico, Olympic Stadium, Foreign Ministry, Auditorium Parco della Musica, Maxxi Museum, Salvo D'Aquisto Barracks and Villa del Rosario, Ars Medica and Paideia clinics.
The accommodation is located on the third and last floor (without a lift) of a building from the late 1920s, in a historic neighborhood where you can still breathe the air of old Rome.
The house, furnished with the utmost care, is composed of kitchen, bathroom and a large room divided between day and night area.
To sleep, available to guests, in addition to the double bed there is a sofa bed and a cot if necessary.
The structure is completed with a 10 sqm furnished terrace equipped with a roll-up awning.
The street, quiet and not very noisy, is located a few meters from Piazzale di Ponte Milvio.
Guests will have access to all the services offered by the house: 40 inch LED with digital terrestrial and satellite TV, free wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, independent heating, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
We will be present at check in / check out and always available for any kind of help and information.
If requested by our guests, a shuttle service is available to / from Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport at an agreed fixed price.
The neighborhood is very interesting both in terms of culture and entertainment.
Periodically there are many sporting events (rugby, football, tennis, athletics, basketball, etc.) but also exhibitions, concerts and markets.
The bridge is today the oldest still existing in Rome, northern gate of the ancient city.
The nearby bike path, located on the banks of the Tiber, leads to the most central areas of Rome and to Trastevere.
Tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per day (maximum 10 days) to be paid on arrival, no children

The property was wonderful! Very clean and beautiful inside! Definitely further from the main city center of Rome but we knew that going in. Just didn’t realize all of the different public transpirations we had to use and how long they took. So if you are looking for something that is away from the busy city center this is a great place!

Lovely apartment for a couple, with nice kitchen, bathroom and good-sized balcony.
Good bars and shops within 1 minute walk.
Hosts are excellent - with very fast responses to any emails/ WhatsApp texts..

Cozy, well-furnished flat nearby Ponte Milvio, a quaint neighborhood that is full of restaurants and bars. I was here for work (which was situated nearby) but found it was very convenient to make it to the tourist-y spots to see the Colosseum, Pantheon, etc. Would definitely stay here again, 5/5!

il mio soggiorno nell'attico è stato perfetto: vista bellissima, accogliente, pulitissimo, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio,e ci sono moltissimi ristoranti, negozi , pizzerie nella vicinanza. I proprietari (Massimiliano e Laura) sono gentilissimi e a disposizione di qualsiasi dubbio. Mi sono trovato molto bene e sicuramente se dovrò soggiornare di nuovo a Roma tornerò sicuramente all'attico.
