Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment with large balcony and fantastic view over the lake. Good local trattoria 3 mins walk down the drive. 2 mins more and you're on the lakeside path to Torri town, around 20 mins on foot.

Great communication with Apartments Garda. Excellent view, Excellent little town of Torri del Benaco. Very close to the car ferry €10.50 for car and 3 adults.
The small hill up to the property is very steep. 1 in 5 my guess. Could do with an oven and basic goods ( salt, pepper and oil. ) Stayed for 19 days, no cleaning sevice or a change of bedding and towels. There is a washing machine, but air dryer OK for clothes but not bedding.

Apartment itself and view over Lake was fine. Also the cleaning and garden /terrasse was good. It would have been in every Way a good stay if it has not been for the thousands of rules and somewhat narrowminded communication before and during stay.
We certainly did not like the communication up to the stay, where we several times tried to correct the number of people/children. The day of arrival we had to Call to make them understand and make sure they understood we needed a cot and highchair for a baby. There was an extracost of 13euro Per day. They forgot the chair and would only deliver the next day. As a courtesy we had it for free ( but only after asking), which was nice. We also had problems with the washingmashine and could not get clothes out. They managed to get a tecnician the same night, which was also necessary, as a part of our group was leaving next morning. But nice and good service. So why the bad review and our advice to stay away? Because of rules: pool use only 9-13 and 15-19, inside the apartment strict rule on not watching TV, speak loud, hear music and total quiet fra basically 22-08. In the pool inflateble things was not allowed or jump from side and everybody had to be quiet and silent. As travelling with 3 kids age 0,3 and 7 it made us feel extremely unwelcome. Only good thing was that apparently everybody found the rules too much.
Also:
- only 1 Remote to 3 airconunits is quite inconvenient during the night.
- you have to carry your garbage around 150meters to a public garbagebin (separated in 5-7 different bags). When having diapers that is rather … annoying.
- 62 channels TV, 60 of them or so german 😳 would have been Nice with an Apple TV or similar instead.
