About this apartment rental
Borgo di Libbiano nestles among the Tuscan Hills forming part of a charming Italian Hamlet were the occupants have lived for generations. The approach to Borgo dI Libbiano is a long winding avenue lined with mature Cypress trees; you know you are in the Tuscany you have always dreamed of.
The apartment is attached to a stunning seventeenth century Baroque Church, the apartment has been restored to the highest standards, retaining all the Tuscan charm. It has been designed for private, relaxing and comfortable living for all seasons. Two furnished bedrooms including one double and one twin with linen and towels provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes washing machine, fridge, toaster, oven and hob. Central heating throughout the apartment and mosquito nets to all windows. The apartment also includes smart TV, internet/WIFI connection, CD & DVD players.
Outside provides an intimate private outdoor dining area with table & chairs. A central communal area for relaxing with BBQ facilities is also available; this is situated next to the Infinity Pool with stunning panoramic views across the rolling Tuscan hills.
Previously the apartment was the accommodation for the church curate which has been sensitively renovated by Italian contractors to a very high Tuscan standard with all modern facilities.
We are centrally situated only 30km from Pisa airport and 50km from Florence airport, you can easily take day trips to Pisa, Florence, Luca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and the Versilia coast. The local historical town of Peccioli is 4km with excellent guided tours has a tourist information office who can supply details of all local activities. Among the rolling Tuscan hills you can explore the nearby fields and streams bountiful with wildlife, deer, wild boar, porcupines, chestnut & walnut trees, mushrooms, wild asparagus, with a profusion of wild flowers and butterflies.
Local facilities/amenities include a prestigious championship Golf course and restaurants at Castelfalfi. Horse riding, cooking services and lessons can be arranged locally.
On your arrival you will be met by the wonderful Bernedetta who speaks numerous languages and is on hand to help you with any queries.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The apartment is a bit outside near Peccioli. A nice and silent place.
Inside was everything as expected. Especially the pool nearby we enjoyed such much. Nicely placed with a perfect view into the surrounding.
Location is perfect for daily trips to Pisa, Lucca, Viarregio, Florence etc.
Thx as well to Bernadetta for supporting us on-site.

A great property that had all the necessary amenities. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The shared pool was a good size with great views. Benedetta the property manager was lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. We would recommend.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in gemütlicher und herzlicher Umgebung.
Wunderschönem Pool und gemütlicher Terrasse.
Es war ein rund um gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Het was ca. 38C, dus een airco is eigenlijk wel nodig. Zeker omdat er 's avonds veel muggen zijn en je dus niet buiten kan zitten. Luiken a/d oostkant zullen ook helpen. De plek is erg afgelegen, dus je moet veel rijden. Inrichting appartement en zwembad waren wel erg okay. Toch vlg ons een duur appartement.
