Taman Rahasia Tropical Sanctuary and Spa

The place is very cozy, with beautiful gardens, prime location and super friendly staff. My mum had a massage and absolutely loved it.

A very peaceful place, friendly staff and well located, only 15-20mins walk to the center of Ubud (or 5mins in a scooter-taxi). Really enjoyed the place and would recommend.

The property itself is beautiful and has a serene atmosphere, especially during the day. It’s surrounded by greenery, and the room was spacious and aesthetically done. I was genuinely excited to stay here and had even planned to return with a friend.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by a breach of trust. Some food items I had purchased for my family were taken from my room—specifically a sealed box of chocolates and a pack of gum, both opened and partially taken. As a solo traveller, I didn't feel comfortable escalating it directly in person, so I addressed it discreetly, but I never received any follow-up or confirmation that action would be taken. This, combined with some unsettling interactions, left me feeling disappointed and a little unsafe. The lack of closure or accountability was what ultimately shifted my view of the place.
