Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire. Vue idyllique sur l'océan et le golf. Appartement propre et très bien équipé. Localisé face à l'océan, il est au cœur d'Etretat, idéal pour découvrir la ville et ses curiosité comme pour faire de longues balades le long des falaises ou se faire bronzer sur l'une des nombreuses plages. Clairement, un lieu à privilégier si vous choisissez vous vous y rendre.

The best possible variant to stay at Étretat.Hosts are great,the position of the flat is unbelievable,it’s very comfortable,you have everything you could want in this flat.I would definitely recommend all my friends and return here again!View from the flat is incredible!!

Location
I usually only write positive reviews, but in this case I think it’s important that others know what to expect.
Arrival and departure have to be coordinated in advance, as payment is only accepted in cash. This makes things less flexible than usual.
After a long journey, we were tired but had to listen to an introduction, e.g. like how to use the toilet. We’ve never experienced anything like that before – normally you just get the key and settle in. Maybe you can consider printing and handing instructions instead?
Two of the beds were fine, but the other two were uncomfortable folding beds.
Overall, the price-performance ratio just isn’t right. We wouldn’t book again.
